So it has been a BUSY last few weeks. We went up to D-town for labor day with Brant and Chris and g-parents Sheen, and watched the BYU/OU game at Brant's. We got back in town and a few days later on Friday, Amy's parents came into town and were here until yesterday. Their visit happened to coincide with the first rains we've had around here for quite some time. Then this past Saturday, I made a trip to New Orleans and back to watch BYU trounce on Tulane. Yesterday, I went to a funeral of a woman we knew who unexpectedly passed away last Friday. And finally today, I stayed home sick. It's been a lot of travelling, for the most part a lots and lots of fun, and definitely full of emotion.
After Amy let me take a rest this afternoon, I offered to give her a break and took the kids to a local park. I took the following pictures with my cell phone, the quality may not be the greatest. But I think after the last few weeks of everything, these kids just needed a chance to get out and just play.

Great pics!!!
You have had several great activities this month with grand-parents. They bring such happiness!!
The BYU football game must have been even more exciting seeing it in person.
Oh those kids look like they were enjoying themselves! Fresh air, water to play in, sun shining. Just what the doctor ordered! :)
Amy, Abby is looking so much like you it is crazy. Sounds like it has been busy for you guys.
